Norway – Real estate agency services on a fee or contract basis – NRK 2025/976 Commercial real estate agent for the sale of NRK ́s property at Tyholt, Trondheim

Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) shall move to new office premises and therefore plans to sell its property at Tyholt in Trondheim. NRK has, thus, held a competition and entered into an agreement with a real estate agent within commercial properties to assist in the sales process. The assignment includes consultancy services and implementation of the sales process for a larger property with significant development potential - the estimated value is dependent on percentage remuneration and the sale price. Due to high uncertainty, the contract will be valid for up to NOK 15 million excluding VAT, but the expected value of the contract is however significantly lower (the size between NOK 2-5 million). The estimated sale price is between NOK 400 and NOK 500 million.
