The purpose of the contract is the selection of an evaluation agency for the design and implementation of an evaluation study for a multi country programme on eating sustainably with yoghurt and the contribution of the EU dairy sector to a more sustainable food production system in four European countries, coordinated by EMF, implemented by APAQ-W (Belgium), BCZ-CBL (Belgium), VLAM (Belgium), DDB (Denmark), CNIEL (France), Initiative Milch (Germany), NDC (Ireland).
