Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32(2)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU which state that the negotiated procedure without prior publication may be used where the works, supplies or services can only be supplied by a particular economic operator for (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. Dublin City Council intends to award a contract to Business Post Online for a period of three years at an estimated value of €30,600 ex VAT. Access to the Business Post digital subscription also allows access to the e-reader of their printed publication, with an archive of content going back digitally to 2016 and on request, back to 2003.
