Lot 1: Trainings (Based on the framework agreement for lot 1 Engagement Global is entitled (but not obliged) to award individual contracts (make "call offs") for the provision of the services described above for up to 6 trainings per contractual year. Engagement Global assures call offs for minimum 3 trainings per contractual year) Reporting and evaluation (Half-yearly training reports; Organization and implementation of the evaluation workshops with bengo; Evaluation reports after every workshop (two); Set an agenda for the regular meetings with bengo (4 times a year 2 hours virtual meeting) Lot 2: Development of Learning Pathways (Based on the framework agreement for lot 2 Engagement Global is entitled (but not obliged) to award individual contracts (make "call offs") for the provision of the services described above for up to 6 Learning Pathways per contractual year. Engagement Global assures call offs for minimum 4 Learning Pathways per contractual year) MSP Tailor-made Workshops on specific topics (Based on the framework agreement for lot 2 Engagement Global is entitled (but not obliged) to award individual contracts (make "call offs") for the provision of the services described above for up to 6 tailor made workshops per contractual year. Engagement Global assures call offs for minimum 3 tailor made workshops per contractual year.) Coaching / Mentoring (Based on the framework agreement for lot 2 Engagement Global is entitled (but not obliged) to award individual contracts (make "call offs") for the provision of the services described above for up to 6 coaching/ mentoring per contractual year.
