North Macedonia – Consulting services for water-supply and waste consultancy – Consultant Services for Technical Assistance during implementation phase to the Skopje Wastewater Treatment Plant, North Macedonia

The objective of this assignment is for the Consultant to support the Promoter/PIU in all aspects of the implementation and administration of the Works and Service Contracts (hereinafter referred to as “the Contracts”) and all responsibilities arising from the Project Implementation Agreement, respective Financing Agreements and any eventual contracts that could appear during the implementation of the Project and to assist the Promoter in carrying out the duties assigned to him, as defined in the FIDIC Conditions of Works and Service of Contract. The Consultant shall provide support to the Promoter/PIU in the overall management and implementation of the Project, to the point at which the Contract for the design and construction of the WWTP is expected to be completed.
