Procurement process for a Works Contractor to construct a a new two storey over double basement theatre building accessible from Henrietta Place situated on the rear garden of no. 15 and 16 Henrietta Street, and associated hard and soft landscaping to the rear garden. In addition the works will comprise of the refurbishment of Nr 15 Henrietta Street to provide for the new Sound of Ireland exhibition. Works are to be carried out in accordance with the Henrietta Street Conservation Plan. The site is situated within the zone of archaeological interest and no. 15 Henrietta Street is a protected structure. The project when completed will become the “Sound of Ireland Centre”
