Ireland – Canteen and catering services – Contract Award - Provision of Catering and Hospitality Services to the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) at No. 1 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1

A tender competition was conducted in 2018/2019 (via a process conducted broadly aligned with the restricted procedure as described in the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016) although the NTMA reserved the right not to follow all elements of a typical restricted process as it was clarified during the procurement process to confirm that this opportunity was structured as a concession as defined in Directive 2014/23/EU. A contract was awarded as further described in Section V of the Contract Award Notice. Notice number in the OJ S: 2019/S 178-434205. Provision of catering and hospitality services to the NTMA as described in the applicable procurement documents. Details of the modifications that are the subject of this notice (and Regulation 43 of the European Union (Award of Concession Contracts) Regulations 2017) are set out in Section 7 below. The monetary amount indicated in Section 7.1 of this notice is the total value of such modifications.
