Norway – Library books – Books and media to public libraries

Grenlandskommunenes Innkjøpsenhet (GKI) intends to enter into framework agreement on books and media for public libraries on behalf of Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien municipalities. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 9.5 million excluding VAT. The municipalities have an option for physical preparation with a ready barcode label, back marking, RFID-tag and book packages. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. GKI has previously implemented a competition and only received tenders from one supplier. GKI has carried out market surveys showing that there is only one tenderer within our geographical area.
