Spain – Technical assistance services – Support to MedECC 2024-2026

The main objective of this contract is to promote and reinforce the Science-Policy-Society interface on climate and environmental change in the Mediterranean region through the provision of support to the MedECC in the performance of its tasks as follows: - Specific objective 1: support to MedECC in the preparation and delivery of the Second Mediterranean Assessment Report (MAR2) on climate and environmental change and associated risks in the Mediterranean, - Specific objective 2: development of communications and outreach plans and activities to disseminate the findings of the MedECC products (Special Reports, MAR1 report and the updated MAR2 report when published). - Specific objective 3: support MedECC in the reinforcement of their structure and finalise a solid governance scheme
