Norway – Cranes – Procurement of mobile cranes with a CLS contract

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for the procurement of three mobile cranes (procurement agreement), as well as maintenance and operation of the mobile cranes throughout the lifetime (CLS agreement). The mobile cranes shall be used in Norway and must be constructed to tolerate outdoor storage, as well as operation under Norwegian climate conditions and outer stress. The objective of the CLS agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority acquires the necessary competence for correct use, handling and maintenance of the mobile cranes. It is a prerequisite that the same supplier who delivers the mobile cranes also offers the accompanying goods and services. The chosen tenderer will have overall responsibility for all technical support connected to the mobile cranes.
