Ireland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC BUS SERVICES BETWEEN CORK CITY AND DUBLIN CITY

This ITN invites Tenders for a public service contract (as defined by section 47 of the 2008 Act) for the provision of public bus services between Cork City and Dublin City. The purpose of this ITN is to: • Explain to shortlisted Tenderers the timeline and process for the procurement; • Set out the requirements and provide details of the technical and commercial requirements of NTA and to elicit a response outlining Tenderers’ proposals to meet those requirements; and • Set out the evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate the responses to identify the most economically advantageous tender. Further details of the scope of work can be found in the ITN document. The Authority has a maximum contract value for the duration of the contract including extensions of €14,000,000.
