Norway – Non-scheduled passenger transport – An agreement for school transport, booked traffic and sole rights to taxi operations in Indre Østfold and Våler 2026

The procurement is for a framework agreement for individually facilitated school transport (ITS) and booked traffic, and an option contract for sole rights to taxi operations in each of sub-areas 1) Inner Østfold region (the municipalities Inner Østfold, Marker, Rakkestad and Skiptvet) and 2) Våler municipalities. The sole right to taxi operations is included as an option in the contract and does not enclose compensation from the contracting authority.
