Ireland – Training services – RFT for the provision of ICT Training Courses via an online Platform to the Department of Social Protection (DSP)

This public procurement competition relates to the provision of an Online Training Platform which provides ICT Training courses to Department of Social Protection personnel by delivering the relevant and up to date course content as described in the tender document. The Department now wishes to put in place a system whereby staff can avail of all training required at any time by accessing courses online and completing assessments. The aim of this contract will be to upskill all current staff as well as train new staff in a planned and structured format, with training requirements for every role in the ISD Division mapped out for staff.
