Full Description
The Materiel Sub-Disposal Department (henceforth referred to as MAA) at FMA, has signed a contract for support for the Project and Disposal, including disposal projects and the Export Control Section. The competition is implemented under the dynamic purchasing system - Consultancy services within project management and support. Procurements under the scheme are implemented in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (the Public Procurement Act - LOA) and regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (procurement regulations - FOA).
