Ireland – Real estate services – N24 Cahir to Limerick Junction and Oola Transport Project - Land and Property Valuation Services

Tipperary County Council, in conjunction with Limerick City and County Council and Transport Infrastructure Ireland, requires Real Estate Services for the N24 Cahir to Limerick Junction and Oola Transport Project. The Real Estate Services that are to be undertaken as part of this tender are procured as a call-off competition under the TII159 Real Estate Services Framework - 2019. The Real Estate Services include but are not limited to PRO/CPO representation, property cost estimation, liaison with property owners, complex negotiations with multiple owners, valuations, arbitration representation, property management, acquisitions and disposals for the N24 Cahir to Limerick Junction and Oola Transport Project .
