Finland – Supporting services for the government – Provision of assessment of the current status of MSMEs previously supported under the PFP and FORVAC Programmes, as well as the enterprise services linked to CBFM associations

The overall objective of this assignment is to assess the current status of MSMEs previously supported under the PFP and FORVAC programmes, as well as the enterprise services linked to CBFM associations, to generate evidence that will inform FORLAND’s approach and guide the transparent selection of MSMEs for continued support. In line with the Project Document, only those MSMEs whose businesses are feasible and have demonstrated a reasonable level of self-investment will be considered for further support. While some investment support may be extended to selected beneficiaries, the main strategy of FORLAND is to build self-reliance through improved business planning, product development, and marketing.
