The European Medicines Agency (EMA) seeks to conclude a single framework contract with one suitably qualified and experienced law firms for the provision of legal advice in relation to real estate and commercial property law matters under the law of England and Wales. In particular, EMA requires legal advice in relation to the management of its lease and sub-lease agreements for EMA’s former premises at 30 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf London; this includes, but is not limited to, matters pertaining to landlord’s/(sub-)tenant’s obligations, rent reviews, duties and rights, service charges, alterations, variations, repairs, dilapidations.
