Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a single storey extension to the existing primary school, incorporating (3) three SET rooms and all associated site works at Scoil an tSeachtar Laoch, Ballymun Road, Ballymun, Dubin 11. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills, Technical Guidance Documents. The restricted nature of this site should also be noted and so all tendering Contractors should familiarise themselves fully with the existing spatial constraints and ensure that they have all resources available to commence the works immediately upon appointment and ultimately meet the pertinent handover dates. Infection Control, COVID 19; the PSCS, Contractor shall prepare a H and S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
