Ireland – Real estate agency services on a fee or contract basis – Request for the appointment to a Multi-Party Framework for the provision of Real Estate Services

The HEA requires a Framework for the provision of real estate advisory services. The HEA are seeking a real estate advisor (with national reach/expertise/knowledge) to provide advice and consultancy services for all real estate related matters in which the HEA have a role. This may include services such as: • Undertaking property valuations for various types of property and transactions (acquisition/disposal/lease etc.) in which the HEA have a role (i.e., HEI seek HEA approval to acquire / dispose /lease); • Providing real-estate consultancy services for various different property transactions from acquisition, disposal, leases, etc; • Assessing valuations undertaken on behalf of various HEIs and make a recommendation; • Producing acquisition / disposal strategy recommendation; and • Advising on all HEA related property matter for our corporate footprint.
