NVE receives enquiries in many channels. The content of each individual enquiry is assessed manually for case affiliation and obligation to record in accordance with the Archives Act. We need a trainable model that can provide decision support for the assessments made by the content of enquiries in different channels and who have the possibility to emit output to different systems.
