Metal work to 2 Emergency exit stairs - 1 stairs - gap between risers reduced to less than 100mm Galvanised meshwork panels to be fitted to underside of stairs to close off area below 2m height. W = 1350mm to 2 m at highest point reducing to foot of stairs - approx 2700mm. mesh panels to be fitted to the ascending handrails 4900mm additional mesh to handrails 7400mm length total length by 900mm height. 2nd exit stairs -2 handrails 1* 2800mm and 1*2400mm" Galvanised mesh to be fitted under stairs to close off from 2m height w= 1300mm 8 H 2000 at highest point reducing to foot of stairs * L 1800mm approx Mesh to be fitted to ensure opes less than 100mm to ramp 960mm height * 3 lengths 1250; 6050mm and 5100mm Internal stairs -Gaps between spindles to be reduced to less than 100mm, underside of stairs to be lined with 12.5mm fireboard, joints taped, sealed and painted to provide certified 30m fire rating timer lath work to be treated with class c paint and certified 30 min rating (rate per m) All works need to be certified
