Sweden – Legal services – Harmonisation of Moldovan services legilslation to the EU Service Directive

NBT is mandated by the Swedish government to support the Republic of Moldova´s integration with the EU Single Market. NBT has initiated a cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, to support them in implementing the EU Services Directive (2006/123/EC). A part of the implementation process is to harmonize the national services legislation to the Services Directive and the EU acquis. We need legal experts who can carry out this work
