ComReg ref T10439 Request for Tenders (RFT) for the provision of Regulatory Assistance Services to ComReg. ComReg requires one to two full/part time regulatory consultants to provide Regulatory Assistance for up to a maximum of 240 days each per annum, from March 2024. The appointed one/two regulatory consultants will be required to work at ComReg’s offices or work remotely on a full/part time basis (as agreed by ComReg) from March 2024 . The work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include (but is not limited to) the following: • Assisting with the drafting of consultations and final decision documents; • Reviewing and critiquing cost models and associated documentation; • Reviewing and critiquing other external consultants reports and associated documents; • Attending workshops with ComReg staff, industry operators and other external consultants, as necessary; • Presenting their expert views on specific issues to ComReg staff and management, as required. The regulatory consultants are not expected to write reports in their own names.
