The aim of the procurement is to establish a dynamic procurement scheme for the procurement of consultancy services within the discipline ICT management and execution. The scheme shall contribute to covering the defence sector ́s always changing need for consultancy services. The establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme does not prevent other systems being established, e.g. a framework agreement, if it is considered appropriate.
