Norway – Administration, defence and social security services – Framework agreement - HR management tool

The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for management development, including both individual management support and development of management groups. The need includes goal oriented competence raising of individual managers, process guidance for management groups at different levels, as well as management support in demanding situations/processes. The new framework agreement shall ensure access to flexible, professional and research based management development services that can be adapted to the organisation's ongoing needs.
