Norway – Taxi services – Non-emergency patient transport to Helse Bergen HF

The procurement is for the procurement of patient journeys on roads. Patient travel on roads is a facilitated transport where the patient, in accordance with the current legislation, has the right to covering expenses for travel to and from treatment. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a fixed amount of patient journeys and is subject to variations in the number of assignments. The contracting authority intends to facilitate increased coordination within the contract, including measures such as establishing fixed routes and coordinated patient journeys across municipal borders and tender areas. The tender area Vaksdal and Modalen municipalities includes valuation groups 1 and 2 (see Annex 1 - price form tab "Definitions" for further information). The estimated annual value excluding VAT is NOK 4,900,000. This is a framework agreement and due to technical errors in eForm, the tick box for call-offs on the framework agreement has been crossed. This is wrong and we clarify that this is the actual framework agreement.
