Ireland – Consultative engineering and construction services – The provision of Fire Safety Consultantcy, including Disabled Access Certification, Fire safety Certification including but not limited to, design input, construction stage supervision for a 30 unit

Limerick City and County Council are seeking prices for Fire Safety Consultant Not limited to but including, undertake design review, provide recommendations, construction-monitoring, preparation of Fire Safety Certification and Disabled access certification, and sign-off a 30 unit, multi storey development at Mary Street Limerick. Note this site has subsurface archaeology, namely 900mm to 1.5-metre thick stone walls. There will be a design around these structures required. See Appendix A for site description and Appendix B for a location of existing subsurface walls for tender purposes only.
