The works comprise of the construction of 30 no. 2/3 storey social housing units and all associated site development works on a brownfield site at Airde na Buaile, Kilmacrennan Road, Letterkenny. The scheme comprises of 6 no. 1 - bedroom apartments, 20 no. 2 - bedroom houses and 4 no. 3 - bedroom houses. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: Diversion of an existing overhead power line, diversion of asbestos trunk watermain and cast iron watermain, site clearance and excavation works, on-site surface water attenuation, new access roads, footpaths and carparking throughout the site, construction of water booster station, existing wastewater mains upgrade.
