Norway – Construction work – Alterations to Bjørkås to respite housing - Prequalification

Former Bjørkås nursing home with the accompanying outdoor area in Kolbotn shall be reconstructed to a new service within the habilitation service area. The plan 1 and 2 in the existing building shall be altered to a respite care home for children and youths 3-18 years, capacity 14 simultaneous users. The accompanying outside areas are to be adapted to their need for varied activities. This is a group of users with different disabilities and very different needs for adaptations. Parts of floor 3 shall be reconstructed for administration. The remaining area on level 3 will be reconstructed to 5 co-localised residences with common areas for residents with great assistance needs.
