Norway – Construction work for social services buildings – Shelter West IKS

Tysvær municipality (also called the "Contracting Authority") invites tenderers to participate in prequalification - application for participation in the competition for the procurement of a contract for engineering design services for and the construction of a new shelter. The competition will be held in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements and regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (the procurement freeze) parts I and part III. The chosen procurement procedure is a "negotiated procedure" in two stages. The tenderers are encouraged, and responsible for, to go through the tender documentation carefully and get in the competition rules. If the tender documentation is considered unclear, tenderers are encouraged to ask questions to the contracting authority.
