A set of reagents for the extraction of DNA from liquid samples (blood and saliva), blood on FTA cards or textile material, body fluids (saliva, semen) on textile material, body fluids on swabs, validated for forensic analysis, to include at least the following reagents : a minimum of 27 ml of lysing solution, at least 52 cartridges, at least 52 sample collection tubes, at least 52 elution tubes, at least 52 columns, at least 52 extensions and extension holders, compatible with an Automate Express instrument or equivalent, validated for forensic analysis
