Ireland – Quantity surveying services – Dublin City Council award of contract to Tom McNamara & Partners for the provision of Quantity Surveying services for the Kildonan Lands Project

Dublin City Council have awarded a contract to Tom McNamara & Partners for Quantity Surveying Services for the Kildonan Lands Housing Scheme. This contract was awarded from an existing Dublin City Council Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Quantity Surveying Services. This contract was awarded following a mini competition process which was conducted in June 2025.
