In summary, the services comprise of the development of new Local Development strategies for 7 Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGs). In addition, due to the new monitoring and reporting arrangements required by the the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF), there is an identified need to revise the administrative infrastructure supporting the implementation of the FLAG programme.
