Norway – Support services for air transport – Voluntary ex ante transparency notice - Aeronautic fuel services, North and East areas.

The Norwegian Armed Forces ("the Contracting Authority") would like, with this intention notice, to inform the market that they intend to enter into a contract with Flytanking AS for a framework agreement for aeronautur services for the Area North and East. The contract will be signed by a procurement without a competition. The intention notice is that the Contracting Authority wants to be transparent and give the market the possibility to object to the above mentioned contract signing. If the Contracting Authority does not receive objections by 15.01.24, a contract will be signed with Flytanking AS for a framework agreement for flight fuel services for the Area North and East. .
