The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit an application for prequalification in a negotiated procedure (two stage procedure) for the establishment of an engineering design group for detailed engineering design services for the re-establishment of work connected to POL installations in the central Eastern Region. The contract shall be able to be used for detailed engineering design services, assistance with procurements of contracts, follow-up in the construction phase and as needed for reports and other relevant services connected to this project. The competition concerns a procurement above the EEA threshold set in the regulations on regulations and security procurements (FOSA) § 2-2, and follows the rules in this regulations part I and II.Se the tender documentation for further information.
