Malta – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – SPD6/2024/070 - Provision of Architectural and Civil Engineering Services to Transport Malta

The subject of this DPS is the Provision of Architectural and Civil Engineering services by a warranted Architect of the following services. Contracts will be project based and main tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Preparation of condition reports on marine and land-based assets • Feasibility Studies • Preparation of BOQ’s, Specifications, designs and drawings, technical offers and other tender related documents. • Drawing up of financial estimates and carry out market research. • Advice Transport Malta regarding Architectural issues • Quality assurance • Quality Control • Liaise with other Authorities including Planning Authority and the Environment and Resources Authority. • Submit Planning Authority and Environmental Resources Authority applications
