Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke Oppdragsgiver behov for kjøp av pussekasser og pusseutstyr. Materiellet skal benyttes til puss og vedlikehold av Forsvarets hånd- og avdelingsvåpen. Rammeavtalen skal omfatte både etterforsyning av pusseutstyr og leveranse av komplette pussesett med transportkasse, tilpasset ulike kaliber: 4,6 mm, 5,56 mm, 7,62 mm, 338, 12,7 mm, hagle kaliber 12, samt 40 mm granatkaster.
