Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Conservation Architect Led Multi-disciplinary Design Team Services for Architectural Conservation Projects of an estimated construction value up to €5 million (ex. VAT)

Framework members will be required to provide architectural design, architectural conservation and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof. As part of the service delivery, framework members will be required to provide the following specialist skills: - RIAI Grade 1 Conservation Architectural Services - Design Team Lead, - Employer’s Representative for works contracts, - Civil & Structural Engineering Services, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services, - Quantity Surveying Services, - Project Supervisor for the Design Process Services, - Fire Engineering Services - Disability Access Design Services - Assigned Certifier Services - As defined under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014 – Role must be independent to principle disciplines - Ancillary Certifier Services - As defined under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014) - Archaeological Consultancy Services - Other ancillary design and consultancy services as required on a contract by contract basis which may be procured directly by the appointed design team
