Ireland – Legal services – Request for Tenders for the Provision of Childcare Legal Services to The Child and Family Agency (Tusla) for Sligo, Leitrim and West Cavan

The Child and Family Agency (Tusla) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: Legal services relating to childcare (including education welfare services, early year services, domestic violence applications and criminal matters related to the minor) for Sligo, Leitrim and West Cavan. The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a single service provider contract.
