Montenegro – Environmental institution building or planning – Support to Montenegro in fulfilling requirements under Chapter 27 of the EU Acquis and related capacity building

The contract shall provide technical support to the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Region Development, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Ministry of Interior affaires in the field of air quality, industrial pollution, chemicals, noise, civil protection, climate change and environmental strategic planning and implementation in order to contribute to fulfil the requirements under the Chapter 27 of the EU Acquis for Montenegro. Furthermore, the contract shall provide technical assistance for institutional – administrative capacity building in these environmental fields.
