Norway – Washing and dry-cleaning services – Procurement of laundry services.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can offer laundry services, and thereby get the current need for washing textiles within the municipality ́s entities covered. The delivery includes washing textiles such as bedding, towels, personnel clothes etc. for the municipality ́s health institutions, as well as private textiles for the institution ́s residents and persons living at home with municipal services. The contract is reserved, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-9. A minimum of 50% of the tenderer's employees and all sub-contractors who shall provide the service or parts of the service are required to have approved permanent adapted work stations (VTA). The contract is an ongoing service contract with a mutual right to give notice of 6 months.
