For the capability development areas above the specific objectives for Lot I are: - Technology and operational landscaping studies. - Benchmarking studies in the capability - Support to development of concept of employment; - Support to development of High Level Requirements (HLRs); - Support to development of Business Cases.

For the capability development areas above the specific objectives for Lot II are: - Logistic support to exercises, operational testing, and experimentation events, including associated workshops, and visitors/distinguished visitors events; - Data collection and analysis of results from exercises, operational testing, and experimentation events; - Advisory support to exercise planning in terms of logistics and operational setup; - Support the Conduct of small scale live maritime exercises/experimentation notably with unmanned maritime vessels.
