Denmark – Insurance services – Energinet_Insurance Procument related to Annual Declaration CAR/EAR policy

Annual Construction/Erection All Risks policy including Marine Cargo, LEG3-06, extended Maintenance and Third-Party Liability insurance. Lot details: Contract value Onshore max. DKK 300,000,000 per project (incl. fire and storm) Ad hoc and planned Offshore cable, fibre and/or gas pipeline maintenance, reestablishment and repair works. Maximum limit per repair project DKK 150 mill. Existing Property: Coverage will basically be 25% of the Contract value per project, min. DKK 50,000,000 and further limits according to the Schedule in the Risk & Insurance Information document. Marine cargo DKK 25,000,000 + 10%, LEG3/06 DKK 50,000,000, extended maintenance period 60 months, Third-Party Liability insurance DKK 50,000,000 per project. Option: CPL insurance: Onshore DKK 5,000,000 and Offshore DKK 25,000,000 per project

Terrorism coverage Lot details: Contract value max. DKK 300,000,000 per project. Actual Terrorism limit according to the specific declared project´s value but max. DKK 100,000,000 for each project. Cover for each project to follow each project from start until taking over.
