Norway – Medical equipments – Disposable cystoscope to Helse Stavanger HF

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of a disposable cytoscope (also called consumables) for the Urological Outpatients Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF. As a part of the framework agreement, tenderers shall lend 3 camera processors/light sources in the contract period without extra cost. The loan is financed by the procurement of a single-use cystoscope. If an e-learning programme is offered, it shall be included as an option. The contracting authority has estimated the consumption to be 700 disposable cytoscopes per annum. The maximum scope is 1,000 per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The equipment shall be used for examination, treatment, operations and follow-up of patients with urological disorders. About the urological outpatient clinic: The urological outpatient clinic is connected to the surgical department and has extensive cooperation with the urological bedpost. The urological outpatients clinic ́s main task is to offer examinations, diagnostics, treatment and follow-up of patients with urological disorders. The work at the department is carried out by doctors, uroterapeut, nurses, assistant nurses and secretaries in a multi-disciplinary cooperation. The outpatients clinic is headed by a section supervisor and department nurse. Only one tender can be submitted per tenderer in the competition. Parallel tenders will not be accepted. It is up to tenderers to make an assessment based on the award criteria (cf. competition provisions point 6) and the requirements in Annex 2 - Requirement Specification, if the tenderer has multiple single-use cytoscopes in the assortment. The framework agreement shall come into force 29.03.2026, or at the last electronic signing date if the contract is signed after that date, and the contract will be valid for 2 years. After that the Contracting Authority can prolong the agreement with up to one year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is 4 years. The contract will be automatically extended and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the Contracting Authority.
