The CA requires a serviced, sub-acute in-patient facility, with appropriate levels of Allied Healthcare Professionals services and facilities, located within a reasonable distance of the Hospital - maximum 10km by road to the main hospital campus, Dublin 8 - Qualified facilities and services tendered must offer a minimum of 70 beds on a single site, comprise a minimum of of 90 per cent single room configuration, with wheelchair accessible en-suite bathroom and nurse call system
