Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Procurement of a digital system for collecting material data.

The aim of this procurement is to establish a system on an unclassified network to receive master data connected to material from the supplier, with functionality for load, validation, enrichment, approval and transfer of data. Receipt of master data for material in The Norwegian Defence Material Agency (FMA) and the Norwegian Armed Forces shall be digitised in a future orientated and efficient way in accordance with the Norwegian Defence ́s digitalisation strategy. This means that the FMA would like to procure a standardised and intuitive cloud service that can handle master data at established industry standard, where the supplier and FMA work together until the received master data has certified quality. The procured system shall be a SaaS service with adaptations.
