Norway – Systems and technical consultancy services – Intention to enter into contract with aScan

Steinkjer municipality intends to enter into a contract with aScan for the delivery of a storage management system. There is a need for one physical storage system (fixtures) for all stores at the institutions, the emergency doctor surgery, DMS , Steinkjer rehabilitation and Guldbergaunet residential centre, and installation of scanners that enable electronic ordering and storage. The system shall contribute to automatic monitoring of inventory and orders. The system shall also eliminate the risk of errors when ordering. Steinkjer municipality shall also set up a stand-by warehouse with this system. Steinkjer municipality would like internal logistics between the stores, a system that is independent of suppliers, can have integration with medicines and AB stores.
