Belgium – Financial auditing services – Establishment and management of the secretariat to the Audit Board of the Ukraine Facility in Kyiv 2024-2027

The contract will establish and maintain the secretariat of the Board of Auditors of the Ukraine Facility in Kyiv, Ukraine for the years 2024-2027. The secretariat will provide technical support to the Board of Auditors and conduct regular monitoring work. It will consist of a head of the secretariat (‘Executive Director’) and European Commission staff. In addition, it will consist of technical experts with specific profiles adequate to their responsibilities and administrative staff, which both will be financed by this contract. The contract comprises all costs related to the office premises and their maintenance, the activities of its staff to support the Board of Auditors and its members as well as the audits initiated by the Board, requiring in specific cases the support of external experts.
