Ireland – Medical practice and related services – Provision of GP Service to Inpatients in St Stephen’s Hospital, Glanmire, Cork

The HSE invites tenders for the provision of General Practitioner Service to inpatients within the St Stephen’s Hospital Campus, South West Mental Health Services, HSE. St Stephen Hospital Campus, in Glanmire, Co. Cork is set in a 117 acre grounds. There are four units providing mental health care for older adults, male residents with severe and enduring mental illness, an acute admission unit for the North Lee area of the city and a unit providing care for residents with enduring mental illness and challenging behaviours. There is one unit providing inpatient care and treatment for people who experience dementia. In total, St Stephen’s Hospital campus has a current capacity for 65 continuing care beds for the provision of mental health inpatient care and treatment at any one time. At the moment, there are forty seven [47] long-stay patients requiring GP services
