Ireland – Environmental services – 23/061 - A Qualification System for the Provision of Trade Licencing, Inspection and Management Services to Uisce Éireann Waste Water Source Control and Licencing (WWSCL)

The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualification System for the Provision of Trade Effluent Licensing, Compliance, Inspection, Sampling and Management Services to Uisce Éireann. The main service areas for trade effluent licensing, compliance, inspection, sampling and management services (but not limited to) will cover the following Uisce Éireann Service areas. • Trade effluent sampling, analysis and reporting services • Trade effluent licensing, compliance and inspection services • Wastewater network assessment and investigation services (e.g. Flow and Load surveys etc.) • Trade effluent customer site assessment, audit and investigation services • Trade effluent management services o Business and Data analysts • Enforcement - Legal services • Wastewater Training Programme development and delivery o Trade effluent flow measurement, o Trade effluent sampling o Training on trade effluent producers in various sectors undertaking specific activities o Enforcement Court proceedings • IT Software related to Service areas listed above.
